CANCELLATION POLICY
OF THE LOVE & EROS FESTIVAL TURKEY

Tickets are transferrable to other individuals with an administrative fee of 50 EUR to be applied.

In the case that a participant cannot attend the festival due to a force majeure occurred before September 15, 2023 and inform the organizers about it before that date, the fee can be transferred to any future event to be held within 18 months and organized by at least one of the organizers.

In the case that a participant cannot attend the festival due to a force majeure occurred on or after September 15, 2023 and inform the organizers about it before the festival starts, an administrative fee of 150 EUR and the cost of accommodation for the days they stayed at the venue will be kept and any paid amount above that will be refunded.

In the case that a participant decides not to participate before the festival starts, an administrative fee of 300 EUR will be kept and any paid amount above that will be refunded.

In the case that a participant decides to leave the festival, there will be no refund applicable.

In the case that the festival is cancelled by the organizers, any amount the participants paid will be refunded excluding the bank charges.

Documented death or severe disease of first or second degree relatives of a participant, documented severe disease of the participant, natural disasters, war, epidemic and sudden legal changes which prevent a participant to travel for the festival will be considered as force majeure.

Cancellation of flights or other means of transport, visa related issues, denied entry and anything other then specified above as force majeure, will not be considered as force majeure.
